  After having 2 different companies look at my furnace Williams Kool/Heat came and immediately knew what the problem was. Not only did he fix the issue he stayed longer than I anticipated to make sure there was no other issues as well. He gave me tips and tricks on how to set up my system and little things around the house to try and have as much heat as possible. Even after doing emergency calls all night and them coning to me at 11am he still took time and truly cared about a now a permanent customer.
